Bob Lazar - Jet Car

Legend says Bob Lazar's jet engine CRX was what got him the job at Area 51. I decided to give it a go and designed a heavily modified CRX with two General Electric jet engines. The goal was to turn an average car from the 80s into a hacked sci fi car. I added rally decals and imagined in my story Bob rallied in New Mexico, it'd be fun to play a game where you can drive and customize a car like this.

Process: All design and most texturing was done going back and forward between ZBrush and Photoshop, then final gritty texturing pass in Substance Painter. Presentation was done in C4d + OctaneRender with post done in Photoshop. Smoke and thrust effects were done in EmberGen.
